Document Categories
The Holofin API classifies every uploaded document into one of the categories below. This page lists each category and whether it supports extraction.
Overview
When you submit a document for extraction, the API determines its type and returns it in the document_category field.
Not all document categories support data extraction. The table below shows which categories have extraction support enabled.

| RIB | French bank details document (Relevé d'Identité Bancaire) | |
| KBIS | French company registration document (Extrait Kbis) | |
| IDENTITY_DOCUMENT | Identity documents (passports, ID cards, driver's licenses) | |
| TAX_NOTICE | Tax notices and assessment documents (avis d'imposition) | |
| TAX_RETURN | Tax return documents (déclarations de revenus) | |
| PAYSLIP | Salary slips and payroll documents (bulletins de salaire) | |
| INVOICE | Commercial invoices and bills | |

| UNCATEGORIZED | Document classification is in progress or could not be determined |
